Confirmation Email: An automated email receipt will be sent immediately to the email address they provided during checkout, summarizing the purchased items, the total cost, and the shipping address.
How can I check my order status?
expand_moreVia their Customer Account: Customers can click the "Log in" link at the top of your website. Once they log in to their account, they will be able to view their complete order history and check the fulfillment status of any current orders.
Via Email Tracking: Once you process and ship their order, Shopify will automatically send them a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. They can click that tracking number to see exactly where their package is.
Guest Checkout: If a customer checks out as a guest (without making an account), they will need to rely on the tracking email or reach out to you via your "Contact information" page to ask for an update.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
