An expansion book that takes a deep dive into the communities and subcultures of the City's districts, expanding them with more lore, new adversaries and allies, new player options, and adding three completely new districts to City of Mist canon: the long-awaited Chinatown, the "peaceful" suburb of Happyville, and the cult-infested Campus district. Each of Local Legends' nine districts includes a locally-focused case for your crew to investigate. The book also includes four Small-Time Villain operations and a standalone case, Forged and Framed.

• Character Folio Pack 2. A roster of 10 pregen character folios: one character from each of the 9 districts of Local Legends, and one extra pregen character of the creepy child Rift, Hecate.

• Crime Board City Map 2. A crime board map of the City and mini-maps of the 9 City districts along with pinnable clues to help your crew follow the investigation in the different cases of Local Legends.
