Standing at 4.8 inches tall, she holds a fallen leaf in her raised left hand, her cheeks blush a pale pink as her face beams with a delighted smile.
Her look is as expressive as the moment: a cream-colored headband resting atop her long flowing black hair, and golden pointed earrings that catch the light. She’s dressed in a wide-collared red sweater dress that drapes over black stockings, finished with cream boots standing atop a pile of autumn leaves.
The packaging is part of the experience. The exterior silhouette features Yor standing on a long stretching X against a subdued red backdrop, while the interior reveals a horizontal pattern of drifting autumn leaves. The protective sleeve continues the autumn theme with falling leaves and is printed with the Spy x Family logo over a large distinct X, allowing a clear view of the figure through the front display window. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed outer sleeve and includes a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.

Confirmation Page: Immediately after successfully completing the payment at checkout, they will be redirected to an order confirmation screen displaying their Order Number.
Confirmation Email: An automated email receipt will be sent immediately to the email address they provided during checkout, summarizing the purchased items, the total cost, and the shipping address.
How can I check my order status?
expand_moreVia their Customer Account: Customers can click the "Log in" link at the top of your website. Once they log in to their account, they will be able to view their complete order history and check the fulfillment status of any current orders.
Via Email Tracking: Once you process and ship their order, Shopify will automatically send them a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. They can click that tracking number to see exactly where their package is.
Guest Checkout: If a customer checks out as a guest (without making an account), they will need to rely on the tracking email or reach out to you via your "Contact information" page to ask for an update.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
expand_moreThe Confirmation Screen: Immediately after a customer successfully enters their payment information and clicks "Pay," the screen will load an order confirmation page that displays their official Order Number (e.g., Order #1001) and a summary of what they bought.
The Confirmation Email: At the exact same time, your store will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address they provided at checkout. This email acts as their digital receipt and proof that the order went through successfully in your system.
